With this mandoline slicer, I can whip up fancy looking salads with cute slices or stir fry without going through all the trouble of slicing. For someone who loves to cook for my family and works at the same time, I seldom have the luxury of time to prepare great-tasting meals that are great looking at the same time. Clean up is easy, just rinse under warm water. It folds nicely so not much footprint while storing. Finally a practical mandoline slicer!

I love this mandolin!. It was getting harder and harder for me to cut hard veggies like carrots and yams due to nerve damage in my hands especially my right thumb. Try chopping vegetables without the use of your thumb...I was in danger of cutting myself all the time. This thing saves my fingers and my time. It slices fast and the slices are all the same thickness so they cook at the same rate. No more overcooked/undercooked veggies in the same dish! It is also well built and a sturdy construction. I love it and I am glad I chose this one out of all those other choices!

The mandoline arrived quickly and securely packaged. The plastic makes a solid, stable and high-quality impression. Comes with an English user manual, but basically, the device is easier to use than expected. A small piece of vegetables remains because the distance between holder and blade is too large. No problem with that. The thinnest slice thickness could be a little bit finer. The blades are very sharp and even hard carrots can be easily cut. Cleaning is quick and easy (preferably with a dishwashing brush). A good catch for the price.
